The Blue Aardvark always comes up with plans to eat the Red Ant, but he fails every time and sometimes gets hurt. He is the main antagonist in the Ant and the Aardvark segments. He features in various episodes of The Pink Panther Show (1969), The Pink Panther (1993) and Pink Panther and Pals (2010), usually as bumper segments between main Pink Panther segments. His laugh is a wheezy and throaty chortle.
