Charlie the ant (or Red Ant) is a character in The Ant and the Aardvark. He normally triumphs over the aardvark in most episodes and appears to be very smart for an ant. He enjoys kiwis. However, the Ant's true name was only revealed to be Charlie in the original series. In Pink Panther and Pals, he is referred to as The Ant or Red Ant. His laugh is a high pitched, Southern-accented giggle.
